Bookings

Pre-payment is required to secure all spa day packages and treatment bookings.

Treatments are available to guests aged 18 years and over. Bookings made for individuals under the age of 18 will be refused and are non-refundable.

What to Bring

During your visit you will have access to a personal locker for your belongings.

Complimentary water and a selection of Birchall Teas are available upon arrival at the Royal Bliss Spa.

Arrival and Access

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be reduced and the full treatment fee will still apply.

Day Pass Guests

Pool, sauna and steam room passes are available for £25 per person.

Spa facilities may be enjoyed for up to two hours following your treatment.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile devices are kept on silent mode and not used during treatments.

If you wish to smoke during your visit, please note that the hotel’s designated smoking area is located outside the main entrance. Guests will need to be fully dressed when leaving the spa area.

Medical Conditions

Please inform our spa reception at the time of booking if you are undergoing a cancer journey, have recently been diagnosed with a serious medical condition, or are taking life-sustaining medication. In some cases, a GP note may be required prior to treatment depending on the condition.

Visiting with Children

Our spa environment is designed to promote relaxation, wellbeing, and tranquillity. For this reason, access to the spa and treatments is limited to guests aged 18 years and over.
