Bookings

To book a spa day package or treatment, pre-payment is required to secure your booking. Treatments are permitted to be performed on all ages above 18.

What to Bring

You can enjoy the use of your personal locker throughout your time at the Royal Bliss Spa.

Complimentary water or a selection of Birchall Tea is available upon arrival at the Royal Bliss Spa.

Arrival and Access

Please make yourself known at the Royal Bliss Spa at least 15 minutes before your treatment appointment. We will go through your lifestyle and health care consultation. Delays arriving for your appointment may result in a shorter treatment time subject to the booking schedule on the day.

Day Pass Guests

Pool, Sauna & Steam Room passes can be purchased for £20. The facilities can be accessed after the treatment has finished for 2 hours.

Etiquette

To protect the serenity of the Spa we ask all clients to leave mobile devices in their locker to respect guests’ privacy on poolside.

Please keep mobile devices on silent mode whilst in the treatment rooms.

Smokers will have to get fully dressed if they need to go outside of the hotel as our designated smoking area is out the front of the hotel lobby area.

Medical Conditions

Please ensure you notify our spa reception at time of booking if you are going through a cancer journey or have recently been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness or prescribed life sustaining medication. Please bring a GP note if necessary depending on the medical condition.

Visiting with Children

Our spa environment is designed to promote peace, tranquility, and wellness, which may not be suitable for younger guests. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa.
